Our Free Click & Collect service is ideal if you want the convenience of shopping online but don’t want to wait for your products to be delivered. This way you can reserve your chosen items and collect them from our Ashford store or warehouse. Not only can you secure your product but you’ll also benefit from our low prices without a delivery charge.

How to use Click and Collect

1. PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE

As part of the checkout process you will be offered the choice of standard delivery or Click & Collect from our Ashford store or warehouse.

2. WE WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES IN STORE 

You will receive a ready for collection email and/or text if you have provided us with your mobile number.

3. WHAT TO BRING WHEN COLLECTING YOUR ORDER

Please make sure you bring a piece of identification. ie driving license, bank card used and a second person (if needed) to assist you as staffing levels vary.

 

Collect Within 7 Days

Your order will be ready for collection within 7-10 days of receiving your confirmation email and/or text message. After this date your item(s) will be returned to our warehouse.

 

Can Someone Collect on Your Behalf?

Yes, if you would like someone else to collect your order on your behalf, they need to bring the confirmation email along with their own photo ID.
